Practo is a leading healthcare service based in India which has developed an application that lets user book appointments and consult their physician online. Practo has now partnered up with Bing to provide more accurate search results when searching for doctors.
When users now search for doctors on Bing in their region, relevant information about that doctor will be displayed on the sidebar. This data is fetched from Practo server which includes a wide range of information including doctor’s qualifications, experience, specializations, services, and availability. Users can even book appointments, consult online, read articles by that doctor and even store health records online.
The results are available in 38 different major cities in India, in 10 regional languages. Users simply need to enter the Physician’s name in search bar and results will appear in the right column. The results include user reviews and ratings, Physician’s details, address and map directions to his/her clinic.
