In an attempt to make it easier for users to shop, google is now letting users make purchases with cards that are saved in your google account in third party app, mobile websites and also Google assistant And good thing is that you dont need android pay for this. Much like Payment Request API from Microsoft in Windows 10, Google claims that this move is beneficial to both merchants and customers. Its a lot faster and safer to check out a purchase then manually operating.. Microsoft has this feature in their Edge browser too where you can pay with Microsoft wallet that is with cards associated with your outlook ID.
