Microsoft updated Movies and TV app to version 10.17012.1030.0 for Windows 10 and mobile insiders on the Fast ring to support a overlay windows which will let you watch videos while you use another app. Kinda like how float messenger works on Android.
Beside the new overlay feature, the app also got support for a lot of video formats which a user needs to download depending on the format of the video.
