Finally, a new Windows Phone for fans.
Connecticut-based Windows Phone OEM WhatronBrooks had been delaying their phone for sometime. After making some big claims, CEO Greg Murphy was advised by Microsoft to claim “hard facts only.” But now he has tweeted sneak peak of their Cerulean phones with the tease, “Should we name them?”
