Today, B2X announced on their website that they have become Microsoft’s primary aftersales partner for mobile devices in more than 130 countries. It not only includes Lumia devices but also the Feature Phones by Microsoft.
They will provide the customer service and repair for Microsoft Lumia’s and feature phones starting from october,
We are extremely excited to provide one of the industry’s most comprehensive service and support offerings to people using Lumia and Microsoft feature phones,” said Dieter Weisshaar, Chief Commercial Officer of B2X.
They are also looking forward to release a Support App in the Windows store soon. This app will allow customers to diagnose their Lumia smartphone and interact with a call center agent in real time.
