As you might know, Facebook has a closed beta of WhatsApp for Windows Phone. The beta gets regularly updated with new features which usually doesn’t take too long until they are implemented in the official version. Today the company has published another update for the app which brings it to version 2.16.46.
With a previous update, the company has added the ability to attach documents in chats to share them. With this minor update for the beta today, it is now easier to share and send Office Documents. In an update published a few days before, the call button was moved to the top right corner which makes it harder to accidentally call someone. They have also added a small image of the group or person which you are writing with. This is also displayed in the top right corner.
The ability to share office documents is something which has been requested by a lot of users and it is nice to finally have it. The feature will probably come with the next update to consumers as well as the moved call button and the new profile image.
