Forza Motorsport is probably the most satisfying racing simulator available for Microsofts Xbox Consoles. The game it self is developed by Microsoft Studious, the part at the Redmond tech giant which is responsible for developing games. Formerly also known for the very successful strategic game Age of Empires. Forza Motorsport was always a highlight for Xbox Users, at least for the racing fans using an Xbox and now the game will be also released for PC’s for the first time ever through the Universal Windows Store.
Not that long ago the company had released Forza Motorsport 6 for the Xbox One with the all new Ford GT and a few other stunning things. Just a few days back the company had announced that they are going to release Forza Motorsport 6 Apex for Windows 10 PC’s and offer the game through the Windows Store. The game is specially build for Windows 10 with DirectX 12 to offer a great graphic experience and gameplay. A release of the game is set for Spring 2016, however the game is listed in the Windows Store already.
Although the game is available in the Windows Store already, it is not possible to download the app yet. As mentioned above a release of Forza Motorsport 6 APEX is set for Spring 2016 so it should not take that long until it is available to download anymore. Once the app is available you should better be fast since Microsoft said that they will be offering the game for free in the first few days after the release.
After Quantum Break this is the second game title which was originally announced for Microsofts Xbox console and will surprisingly also be available for Windows 10. What do our readers think of this idea bringing Xbox Games also to Windows 10 PC’s? This will make the idea of an Universal Windows Platform even more realistic but does this also have it’s disadvantages? Drop me a comment below with your opinion on this and stay tuned for more Microsoft related news.
