Bank of America have responded to customer feedback and started working on a Windows 10 Mobile app having dropped their Windows Phone 8 offering, according to a tweet by Bank of America Help.

It is good to see Microsoft’s new mobile platform getting attention, especially as in this case they are listening to their customers, but I do wonder whether or not this will be a universal Windows 10 app, which could then be used across the platform rather than just on smartphones. Either way, good news, as the “app gap” is something of an obstacle for Microsoft as they attempt to increase their market share in the smartphone world.
