OneNote is a great app when it comes to quickly writing something down while you can be sure that the note gets synched via OneDrive so that you can read this on all of your devices. But that’s not all OneNote can do for you and with the latest update Microsoft as even added a few more cool features to their Universal Windows App. It is now possible to write in full screen mode which allows you to fully concentrate on your writing without any distraction. If you turn on Quit Hours you even won’t get any notifications.
OneNote also got a bit more intelligent with the latest update since it does have proofing tools now were you can add words to an ignoring list in case you do not want be notified for specific words that they are spelled wrong.
Last but not least like in almost every app there have been fixed a few bugs to bring a better OneNote experience to Windows 10. Below you can have a look at the full changelog of the latest update:
- Added a full screen drawing mode to maximize screen real estate and eliminate distractions
- Added proofing tools for correcting or ignoring misspelled words
- Additional bug fixes and polish
