You may have caught my video from a couple of weeks ago looking at the 14.0.4 Asha platform update for the 230, 500, 501, 502 and 503. While it brought some really nice features with it some people including myself found that a few of the apps weren’t working as they should. One issue I had, which actually happened after the earlier 11.1.1 update, was that the XPress browser would not work without a sim card in. I also found that I couldn’t use the OneDrive integration.
So, the video below show’s how to apply a fix which is quick and easy to do.
As you can see from the video it is applying a hard reset as was always performed on Symbian devices. Bring up the Phone Dialer and enter the following *#7370#
