Nokia Rock = Lumia 530.
— @evleaks (@evleaks) March 18, 2014
Evleaks has blessed his Twitter followers with another tweet, this time informing us that Nokia have a device codenamed “Rock” which will be known as the Lumia 530, presumably a follow up to the very popular Lumia 520 which accounts for something like a third of all Windows Phones ever sold.
Nokia released the Lumia 525 in January, which had the exact same design as the 520 but increased the RAM to 1GB, meaning the 530 may bring a new design to Nokia’s low end Windows phone, and will undoubtedly be a Windows Phone 8.1 device. It will be interesting to see what changes, we will be listening out for more news on the Nokia Rock, which until today I had never heard of.
