Former Microsoft Employee Nawzil Najeeb has just revealed something interesting about the upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 update.
USB OTG “aka” USB On The Go.. Mostly used on mobile and very convenient to view files on the go.
Nokia is no stranger to USB OTG. Just See the Picture Below.. Looks familiar?
This feature will be awesome!! Knowing Microsoft I do not see them disagreeing with me as well on this feature.
You can pretty much carry around your terrabyte hard drives, thumb flash drives and have access to your files on the go from your phone wherever you are.
My guess is we will learn more about this in the next few weeks in the Upcoming Microsoft Build Conference 2014.
Are you Excited?

This is the sort of feature Enterprise users would go mad for. And if MSft want to fill the gap left by BB then something like USB-OTG would be a great idea.
