Nokia have made a press release announcing that they have completed the acquisition of Siemens share of the Nokia Siemens Network, presumably set for a change of name.
Update: New name is Nokia Solutions and Networks, retaining the monogram NSN.
The deal is believed to have cost $2.2 Billion.
