Good news for those still stuck in the Mac OS world (I am unfortunately one of them…), Nokia has released an application that lets seemingly confused Mac/Lumia users get in on some sweet media transferring action.
The Photo transfer app does just as it says. Transfers photos… and videos too, to and from your Mac computer. All you have to do is download the app here, and plug in your Lumia device. Compatible file types are .jpg, .npo, .nar, and .mp4, and the app also supports SmartShoot, Cinemagraph, Smart Cam and Pro Cam.
I used the app myself and it’s pretty straight forward. It would be nice to add even more media into the mix, like Music and whatnot, but I guess that’s what us Mac users have the Windows Phone app for.
