According to Nokia UK’s Ray Haddow at a Lumia 925 presser the other day Microsoft and Nokia are “working even closer and that we can expect to see the fruits of this pairing in the next few weeks.” While we don’t know quite what that means it is great to hear that Microsoft is giving Nokia even better treatment since they are the face of Windows Phone and the reason that the OS is growing like it is.
Engadget has suggested that perhaps this will simply be a new marketing push by Microsoft featuring Nokia products. However it could also be a reference to Lumia EOS or some-type of “Nokia only” features that Microsoft allowed Nokia to have. Anyway you shake it more exposure for Nokia, better features, or simple a HUGE Microsoft push on the new Lumia EOS device it’s all great new for Nokia.
