Ok this is completely a Rumor but, we have to run with it because this seems like a deciding factor for many about switching to WP8, news out of China WPDang said it has received word from an unnamed informant that Instagram indeed exist and is in its testing phase. It is only coming to WP8 devices & only Nokia Lumia’s for that matter. It is said they are adding 1 extra filter to the WP8 version, no name of what filter. I know this is huge news for WP8 if the rumors are true, many people I know won’t switch over just because of instagram. What are your thoughts??? True or False??
