It seems that Windows Phone 8 has been a huge hit with consumer in the UK in 2012. According to Statcounter it has grown over 400% last year and continues to grow at that astronomical rate so far this year. In fact Windows Phone was sitting at .62% of total users at the start of the year and is now at 3.24%.
This is great news for Nokia being that they have over 60% of the Windows Phone market share in the UK. There is also word that Nokia and HTC have produced these WP8 phone cautiously in case demand wasn’t that high and now that they have ramped up production sales should continue at this rate.
