While Windows Phone does not have the installed base of the big boys (iOS and Android) it seems that their users are among the happiest around. According to PC Mag’s “Readers Choice Awards” for 2012 Windows Phone was top in customer satisfaction.
Even though Windows Phone was tied with iOS for the top spot, according to PC Mag itself.
Windows Phone actually received slightly higher satisfaction ratings than iOS in several key areas, including reliability, text messaging, Web browsing, and gaming.
Does this mean that Windows Phone is perfect, it does not. What this does mean however is that perhaps, just perhaps Nokia President Stephen Elop was not as crazy as I thought he picked Windows Phone over Android. Kudos to you sir!
