Viral Oza (Nokia’s Marketing Director India) stated during an interview that: ““We have lined up some exciting models, which will be launched at regular intervals. On an average, we launch 15 to 20 new models every year. I don’t think it will be different this year though some of our models launched in global markets..”
My first though was “wow 15 to 20 new models that’s a lot of Windows Phones!” I completely forgot for a second that Nokia is one of the OEM’s that still makes phone for everyone, not just the smartphone market.
It’s good to see Nokia still keep the pace and not becoming stagnate. (This is what started Nokia’s troubles previously) I don’t think any one market will see all of these phones and it’s a shame. A perfect example is the Asha 303 it would sell well across all markets yet it is not available stateside.

Side note: Some one should tell the Business Standard to shorten their name differently. I swear to you this is the by line in the source article.
Even though it was written by a “BS Reporter” I still think it’s true.
