“Symbianize” Your Windows Phone With Folders: TouchXperience UI

Microsoft, Nokia you paying attention here? Folders on the home screen. Please

Being a Nokia user and for ages you get use to certain Symbian tricks to make your life easier. One of them is folders, your own personal way to organize your phone. Not having this option on Windows Phones makes me well…..nervous.  Over at  TouchXperience they have managed to fix this issue!

The above screenshot is from the “TouchXperience”  UI. (Does this mean skins and themes could also come to Windows Phone?) This program is not a one trick pony here, you can also change things on a deeper level.  (I believe the above screenshot is a newer version of TouchXperience than the video below)

A the video below shows:

First you have to unlock your phone to make this work…but wait you can legally and simply unlock your Windows Phone with an app from chevronwp7.

Should you have too? In a word no. Nokia needs to step up to the plate here and use their latitude they have with the Windows Phone OS and make it happen.
