It has been reported that Nokia will attending Microsoft Build 2011. Being how interdependent Nokia and Microsoft are on each other now for their success it should surprise no one that Nokia is going to be there.
The question I haven’t been able to find out the answer to is why?
Every source that have I found tends to think that “Build” will be all about Windows 8 and more specifically about Windows 8 on tablets. Could this mean that Nokia will be getting into the tablet game soon and start making hardware for Windows 8 tablets? Could Windows 8 becoming to smartphones soon and Nokia wants to be there?
This is how it is officially described on www.buildwindows.com
So why is Nokia there? No one know for sure but I will be watching “Microsoft Build” a little more closely now.

Nokia was at Microsoft TechEd last fall in Berlin, were they announced their expanded partnership with ActiveSync and Exchange on Nokia devices. They are partners, and sometimes that is enough reason for them to be there.

Thanks for the info!! I am hoping there is more to it than that…perhaps that is all it is. Hope
