If you are experiencing issues with your Nokia mobile phone or accessories that might require you to send in your phone, please go to the Nokia support website for troubleshooting tips. The troubleshooting website is very user friendly and you also can verify your warranty. There’s also an option for you to check on the repair status of the device, you will need to provide the RepairID to query the status of the repair.
Nokia Care US has always been very helpful when it comes to assisting with support questions. I sent in my N97, DC-11 extra power and BH-905i for repair and the overall experience is top notch. Before twitter, I would contact Nokia support by phone (1-888-665-4228), which is still possible, and shipped out my phone to a repair facility in Alabama. For people living in the NYC area, the Nokia Flagship store used to recommend you to bring your mobile phone to Jack’s place (235 East 51st St, NY,NY 10022-6521), a Nokia authorized repair facility.
You can send an email to [email protected] and they should respond your question in a timely manner or simply send a tweet to @NokiaCareUS with your concern.
Please note that this post was written geared towards US users, if you live outside the US, you contact your local Nokia Care if you need service on your mobile phone or accessory.
