If you are experiencing issues with your Nokia mobile phone or accessories that might require you to send in your phone, please go to the Nokia support website for troubleshooting tips. The troubleshooting website is very user friendly and you also can verify your warranty. There’s also an option for you to check on the repair status of the device, you will need to provide the RepairID to query the status of the repair.

You can send an email to na.ps@nokia.com and they should respond your question in a timely manner or simply send a tweet to @NokiaCareUS with your concern.
